Winning bid: New building of the hospital with psychiatry and MVZ.

Latz+Partner are part of the planning team led by Nickl & Partner Architekten that was awarded the contract for the medical campus in the VGV procedure. The approach developed in the procedure envisages a complex of clinic, psychiatry, medical care centre and multi-storey car park, grouped around a common square and embedded in generous greenery. The planned new clinic building is one of the largest non-university hospital construction projects in Bavaria.
