A renowned international jury selected 6 teams out of 87 applicants for the second phase of the design competition; among them LATZ + PARTNER with MAXWAN architects+urbanists, TPO Reserve and Happold Ltd, Grün Berlin GmbH, Prof. Stefan Pauleit (TUM), Nataliya Ikonnikova, Ruperti Project LLC and Pfarré Lighting Design.
