New town centre in Rothenkirchen

1st prize in competition for the realization of a new town centre in Rothenkirchen (Borough of Pressig):

The central living zones will be defined by two squares offering a high capacity of infrastructure and a wide variety of uses for all generations. The inner city will be redeveloped into a bustling place with a high sojourn quality for meeting and communicating.

The market square with its beautiful historical buildings, the war memorial and the church will become a touristic highlight and “the parlour” of the citizens. The new square at the Kaiser-Karl-Straße will develop into an inviting core area for shops and local utilities.
