Sophie Holzer has been a member of the team since 2011. She has more than 15 years of professional experience in landscape design. As one of her first projects at Latz+Partner, she took over the planning and supervision of Peter Latz Mastergarden, an exhibition garden during the 9th International Garden Exhibition in Beijing.
Sophie is currently working on projects in France and Rhineland-Palatinate. She leads the reorganization of the former silk factory TASE Carré de la Soie and the transformation of the former Port Rambaud harbour in Lyon. Together with Julius Peisl and Florian Rüger, she is in charge of the Heiligkreuz-Areal project, a long-term sustainable urban development on a former industrial land in Mainz.
Prior to joining Latz + Partner, Sophie worked for several years for Gilles Vexlard and at Agence HYL in Paris. She earned her Landscape Architecture diploma at the Dresden University of Technology in 2003.
