Dörte Dannemann has been a member of the team since 2004. She joined Latz+Partner during the Parco Dora project in Turin for which she and Daniela Strasinsky were joint project leaders. Dörte proved herself to have both architectural knowledge and proficient language skills in Italian. Through her many years of work on landscaping-architectural projects, Dörte has acquired a wide spectrum of competence ranging from masterplanning, project design to detailed design at both national and international level.
Since 2013, Dörte has been assistant project leader for the Heckenstaller Park with playgrounds for kids and teens above the underground tunnel of the south-western ring road in Munich. She has many years of experience in the planning of open spaces for educational institutions such as the Biomedical Research Centre (BMC) of the Ludwig—Maximilian University of Munich, the Vocational College and college of further education in economics at Nordhaide, Munich, the Secondary School Olching and the St Leonhard school in Nuremberg.
Prior to joining Latz+Partner, Dörte worked as a designer at m.a.k.s Studio für Architektur in Stutensee. After her second period of parental leave, Dörte rejoined the office and has been an active member of the staff since September 2014. She earned her Architecture diploma at the Technische Universität Dresden in 2002.
